Bryce and I grew up together plsying sports and although we didn't go to the same grade school we did get to hang out in high school and we both despised our team name "The Artists." Lets just say that we agreed that it didn't intimidate the other schools within our division; Mission Viejo, Corona Del Mar, Capo Valley etc. We had a very memorable evening at his house with his parents out of town over some beverages (I still get sick when I see a Heinekin bottle) when we talked about who decided on our wimpy high school team name. I got sick and made a mess but Bryce as always was very sweet and forgiving. He was always the kind of guy who really wanted to know what was going on with you. We played basketball together and Bryce had a beautiful outside shot that I envied greatly. Yes I am 43 now but I have to say that Bryce was a "totally awesome bro." Today my heart is broken and my thoughts and prayers go out to your entire family. - Doug Lawler
